2. What's the difference between the Mindful Midlife Adventure program and your regular coaching sessions?

While my coaching sessions help you become more self-aware of your inner workings, Midlife Adventure Training is designed to challenge yourself through personal growth, build resilience, and develop invaluable life skills through the added element of outdoor experiences—customized just for you.

3. Why do you have a solo version and a guided version?

The unaccompanied version allows you to take on the challenge of the adventure independently, without the presence of a Life Force coach.

The accompanied version of the program is designed for you to experience adventure alongside a Life Force coach—providing encouragement and guidance to live your best life!
